Arigato, {{ first name | dear investor }},
One thing I've been thinking about a lot recently is diversification.
As many of you know, I already have over a million dollars invested in the stock market through ETFs and options.
But as my portfolio grows larger, I find myself asking a different question:
"What happens if the stock market goes through a prolonged downturn?"
While I still strongly believe in long-term investing, I've also been exploring what other asset classes could potentially help diversify my portfolio and create another layer of protection.
And naturally, property came to mind.
In fact, 5 years ago, I bought my first private property in Singapore.
Unfortunately, it wasn't a great investment.
Today, that property is still sitting at a paper loss.

But over the years, I've come to realize something important:
Just because I made a poor property investment doesn't mean property itself is a poor investment.
It simply means I probably didn't have the right knowledge, strategy, or guidance back then.
That's why I'm always learning.
And that's exactly why I'm excited about our upcoming LIVE AMA with Ernee.
If you don't know him yet, Ernee has built a property portfolio worth over S$45 million in asset value over the last 7 years and is now managing 700+ co-living units across Singapore, generating six-figure monthly cash flow.

Now, I know what some of you might be thinking:
"Of course he can do it. He's already wealthy."
But what really caught my attention wasn't Ernee.
It was his students.
One story that blew my mind was a student who started learning about co-living at just 23 years old.
Today, he owns 7 co-living units and is generating approximately S$11,000 per month in cash flow together with his girlfriend.
When I heard that, I had the same reaction many of you probably have right now:
"Wait... how is that even possible?"
And honestly?
I still have a lot of questions:
How does co-living actually work?
How do people generate cash flow from property in Singapore when prices are already so high?
How much capital do you really need to get started?
What mistakes should property investors avoid?
That's why I invited Ernee to join us for a special LIVE Ask-Me-Anything session where I'll be asking him these questions directly—and you can too. 💌
So if you've ever wondered whether property investing still makes sense in Singapore, or if you're simply curious about how co-living works, I highly encourage you to join us.
📅 Date: 29 June 2026 (Mon)
