why I do what I do ❤️

❤️❤️

In partnership with

Arigato, dear investor,

Yesterday was one of those days that made my heart so full.

I met up with a couple of my students to celebrate their wins together.
One of them was Lawrence — one of my all-time favourite students who has been learning from me since last year.

Even though we’d only met online through Zoom coaching before, yesterday was our first time meeting in person… and we clicked instantly! I also got to hand him the book prize he won for participating (and winning!) in our FB Community Investing Challenge 🎉

What I love about Lawrence is his unshakable positivity.
Despite life challenges and financial setbacks, he never let them define him. He’s always cheerful, always resourceful, and always encouraging others in their journey to financial freedom.

He told me something yesterday that really touched my heart:

“I am so glad I found you eventually, and the things you taught have given me the greatest peace of mind.”

You see, Lawrence had attended many other investing and trading programs before — forex, crypto, stock picking — but found the actual application overwhelming. It wasn’t until he started applying my strategies that he finally felt calm and confident with his investments.

And the results?
He’s been investing his CPF and SRS using what I taught in class… and has already made over $5,000 in returns in less than a year!

This is what happens when you take the right actions to grow your wealth.

After meeting Lawrence, I also visited a family of students — both parents and daughters learning together. Their stories are proof that investing truly has no age limit. I can’t wait to share more with you tomorrow about this Fantastic 4 investor family — their journey will inspire you even more!

If you’ve been waiting for the “right time” to start your investing journey… let Lawrence’s story be your sign. This is where it all began for him:

Learn from this investor’s $100m mistake

In 2010, a Grammy-winning artist passed on investing $200K in an emerging real estate disruptor. That stake could be worth $100+ million today.

One year later, another real estate disruptor, Zillow, went public. This time, everyday investors had regrets, missing pre-IPO gains.

Now, a new real estate innovator, Pacaso – founded by a former Zillow exec – is disrupting a $1.3T market. And unlike the others, you can invest in Pacaso as a private company.

Pacaso’s co-ownership model has generated $1B+ in luxury home sales and service fees, earned $110M+ in gross profits to date, and received backing from the same VCs behind Uber, Venmo, and eBay. They even reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.

Paid advertisement for Pacaso’s Regulation A offering. Read the offering circular at invest.pacaso.com. Reserving a ticker symbol is not a guarantee that the company will go public. Listing on the NASDAQ is subject to approvals.
