Wow — last night’s CPF Investing Level Up Masterclass was nothing short of amazing. We had a full house of 500 people live on Zoom, and even before the workshop began, there were over 250 people already waiting inside.

Most importantly, I’m so glad to hear how useful many of you found the session in helping you level up your CPF investing. Arigato for showing up and being such an engaged community!

As promised, no replay will be available due to the exclusivity of the content — but here’s a quick recap of what we went through:

1️⃣ How I invest my CPF/SRS for growth
I shared how I’ve achieved nearly 50% returns in the last 4 years, mainly by investing in US S&P 500 ETFs. With the S&P 500 averaging about 10% annualized returns over the last 50 years, I remain long-term bullish on the US market. I’m confident that by age 55, my CPF and SRS alone will form a million-dollar portfolio. Many of my students who’ve followed this strategy and philosophy have also seen strong results.

2️⃣ My CPF SA diversification strategy
I’ve diversified my SA investing portfolio into 3 funds, with the goal of hitting over 5% returns in the next 20 years. Among them, I’m more heavily invested in a fund focused on China and India, because I believe these two giants will show their true growth potential over time.

3️⃣ Different risk appetites, different strategies
Everyone’s risk appetite, time horizon, and goals are different. If you’re unsure how to start CPF investing (especially SA — I didn’t even know I could invest my SA until Selina told me a few months ago!), it’s worth getting a second opinion.
