This is one of my greatest takeaways from my exclusive interview with Dr Todd Finkle, a national award-winning author of the book "Warren Buffett: Investor and Entrepreneur.”

As a professor, Dr. Finkle and his students have had the fortunate opportunity to be invited to Omaha 3 times to meet and learn from Warren Buffett for a day. 😃

I asked Todd, "If there's one word you would use to describe Berkshire's culture, what would it be?"

That word is trust.

Buffett is a living testament to how trust can enrich people's lives. He trusts his partners, his team, his shareholders, his family, and even his admirers he has never met before who reached out to him via letter.

He sees the best in a country (the United States in particular), the best in a company, and most importantly, the best in people. That's how he became who he is today.

A legend whom we trust and respect wholeheartedly.
