The “Stacking” Strategy

And honestly?

This might be one of the safest yield “hacks” I’ve seen so far in the current market environment.

Here’s why 👇

Right now, if you leave your cash in SGD…

SGD Cash Plus is only giving around ~1.29% interest.

But over in the US market, things a re a little different.

USD money market funds are currently yielding around ~3.6% because US interest rates are still pretty high.

So technically…

When you convert SGD into USD and park the cash inside a USD money market fund, your idle cash could immediately start earning a higher yield.

Which is why I feel this opportunity is still quite attractive for conservative cash management right now.
