Over the years, I've had plenty of opportunities to make more money.
Some of them looked incredibly attractive.
A crypto trading platform once offered me four figures to promote their app.
I said no.
I've turned down sponsorships for financial products that I don't personally believe in.
Even though they paid well.
I was also offered a potential six-figure opportunity to encourage my community to join a prop trading firm.
I didn't take it.
Friends have even encouraged me to join an MLM with the promise of a potential seven-figure business exit.
I said no.
Could I have earned a lot more money by saying yes?
Probably.
But every time I say yes to something, I'm also asking myself:
"Would I recommend this to my own family?"
If the answer is no...
Then it's also a no for my community.
Because at the end of the day, my goal has never been to recommend whatever pays the highest commission.
It's to teach the investing strategy that I genuinely use and believe in.
The same strategy that helped me build my portfolio to over $1 million.
One that's built around long-term investing, ETFs, options, and growing wealth consistently instead of chasing the next shiny opportunity.
I truly believe this:
Saying no in one place is saying yes somewhere else.
Every time you say no to something that doesn't align with your values, you say yes to your integrity.
