no budget 😱😱

I pay for everything 😱😱

In partnership with

Arigato, dear investor,

I just touched down in Singapore…

…but honestly? I already miss Canada so much. 🄲

From the clean air to the stunning nature, slower pace, and calm energy—I didn’t expect to feel this much of a shift coming back.

It made me realise something important (again):

Even though we can train our mindset…
It’s often easier and more powerful to shift our environment first.

The people around you.
The rhythm of your days.
The view outside your window.
Even the energy of a city.

When I was in Canada, I found it so much easier to breathe, to feel grounded, and to let my mind focus on what truly matters—growth, gratitude, and freedom.

But the moment I landed back in Singapore, a strange sense of anxiousness started to creep in. And I still can’t quite pinpoint the source of the stress.

Maybe it’s the projects and activities I’ve lined up while I’m in town…
Maybe it’s the networking and connections I feel I need to build…
Or maybe—it’s just my own mind playing tricks on me.
Whatever it is, I noticed how much more peaceful and productive I felt in Canada.

Of course, I’m excited to be back too. My family, the food, and my students here in Asia always fill my heart.

But if you’ve ever felt like you’re ā€œtrying so hardā€ to stay relaxed or be positive… maybe it’s not you.

Maybe it’s just your surroundings that need a refresh. šŸ’

Sometimes a change of place can change everything. And I’m definitely going back to Canada in September again! 😁

During my recent trip to Canada, I documented a lot of my thoughts, moments, and even one crazy episode of ā€œI PAY FOR EVERYTHING SHE BUYSā€ shopping challenge that’ll surprise you…

Let me know if you’ve ever experienced this too—feeling different just by being in a different place. I’d love to hear your story.

Former PepsiCo Exec Invented A Plastic That Dissolves in Water

If anyone knows a thing about plastic’s impact on the planet, it’s Manuel Rendon. The former PepsiCo executive and environmental engineer is using his 20 years of expertise to solve one of the world’s biggest problems with Timeplast.

Up to 450 million metric tons of plastic are wasted each year. Microplastics seep into our bodies, and mountains of bottles pile up in the ocean. But Timeplast has patented a water-soluble, time-programmable plastic that vanishes without harming the environment.

Major players are already partnering with Timeplast for its patented technology—their sales grew 6,000% in the first month.

You have just a few days left to invest as Timeplast scales in its $1.3T plastic market, from packaging to 3D printing. Become a Timeplast shareholder by midnight, 7/31.

With love from both sides of the world,
