Arigato, dear investor,

A few days ago, I felt a strange sense of anxiousness when I landed back in Singapore. And truth is… I did feel a little overwhelmed.

Suddenly, I had to catch up with friends, attend yoga classes (since I bought the package before my trip 😅), and jump into several projects. I barely had time to do what I truly wanted and needed to do—creating financial education content, and adding value to others through social media.

For a few days, I felt stressed, like I was out of sync.

But something shifted.

I allowed my body to settle, gave it space to recalibrate. I started waking up around 5–6am again, gently returning to my own rhythm. And when I began prioritising the work that mattered to me—not out of obligation but out of purpose—my anxiety slowly faded away.

Now, I feel calm. I feel on track. And most importantly, I feel aligned again.

If you ever find yourself feeling anxious or overwhelmed, ask yourself gently:

✨ What is my true priority right now?
✨ What matters most to me and my goals?
✨ What doesn’t matter so much that I can set it aside first?

If your goal is to become healthier, go for a 30-minute walk before your day starts.

If your goal is to become a better and more emotionally stable investor, I highly recommend reading Richer, Wiser, Happier . It’s one of the best books to help you develop the emotional resilience needed for long-term investing success.

If your goal is to simply get started with investing — even if you’re a complete beginner — start with ETF investing. It’s the most beginner-friendly and brainless way to grow your wealth steadily without the need to monitor the market constantly.
