A month ago, SpaceX was the hottest topic in the investing world.
Everyone was talking about it.
Everyone wanted a piece of it.
And if you've attended my SpaceX Deep Dive webinar, you'll remember that I said something that wasn't very popular:
I'm not buying SpaceX.
Fast forward to today, and SpaceX is already down almost 5% from the price that retail investors like you and me could initially buy it at.
Am I surprised?
Not at all.
As I shared during the webinar, my concern was never whether SpaceX could go up another 10%, 20%, or even 50% in the short term.
My concern was valuation.
At around 100 times Price-to-Sales, investors are paying an extremely high price today based on what they hope the company might become in the future.
And for me, the risk-reward simply wasn't attractive enough.
Why I'd Rather Own NVIDIA
If you asked me to choose between SpaceX and NVIDIA today, I'd personally choose NVIDIA.
Why?
Because NVIDIA already has what SpaceX is still trying to achieve:
✅ Proven profitability
✅ Massive free cash flow
✅ Dominant market leadership
✅ Strong demand visibility
Most importantly, NVIDIA isn't just an AI company.
It's becoming the infrastructure company powering the entire AI revolution.
During NVIDIA's recent presentations, Jensen Huang repeatedly emphasized NVIDIA's vision of becoming a full-stack AI infrastructure company.
That means NVIDIA isn't just selling chips anymore.
They're building the entire AI ecosystem:
🚀 AI chips
🚀 Networking infrastructure
🚀 AI software
🚀 AI factories
🚀 Enterprise AI solutions
🚀 Robotics and autonomous systems
Regardless of which AI company wins in the future, there's a good chance NVIDIA's infrastructure will be powering it behind the scenes.
It's a bit like selling shovels during a gold rush.
You don't need to know who will strike gold.
You just need to know that everyone needs a shovel.
That's why, personally, I'd much rather own NVIDIA than speculate on SpaceX.
