Arigato, {{ first name | dear investor }},
Today is my 36th birthday.
I honestly can't believe how fast time has flown.
When I was younger, I always wished I could grow up faster. Back in school, I couldn't wait to become an adult. I still remember my mum telling me, "Once you pass your 30s, time will start flying."
I never understood what she meant.
Now... I do.
I still remember 1 January 2026 so vividly. I sat down and wrote a long list of goals I wanted to achieve this year. Some were career goals, some were business goals, and I was so excited to make them happen.
But somehow, those goals still feel quite far away.
Not because they're impossible—but because I haven't taken enough action to make them a reality.
And suddenly, we're already well past the halfway mark of the year... and today, I'm writing this newsletter on my birthday.
If I'm honest, a small part of me feels guilty.
I keep thinking, "I could have done more."
But as I reflected on this past year, I realised something else.
Although I may not have achieved every goal on my list, I have lived a very meaningful 2026.
At the beginning of the year, I spent almost one and a half months back in China traveling with my sister and visiting my relatives—something I hadn't done for a long time.

Then I spent almost two months in Taiwan with my fiancé and his family, creating memories that I'll treasure forever.
And of course... I received the biggest surprise of my life.
I got proposed to under the sea. ❤️

Back in Singapore, I had the opportunity to conduct several workshops and bootcamps. Seeing so many of you take massive action, build your portfolios, generate your first option premiums, and grow your wealth alongside me has been one of the most fulfilling parts of my year.

Moments like these remind me why I love what I do.
It also made me realise something important.
We're always chasing the next milestone.
The next income target.
The next business goal.
The next investment return.
And sometimes, we're so focused on what's still missing that we forget to look back and appreciate how far we've already come.
Progress doesn't always look like checking every box on our goal sheet.
Sometimes, progress is the memories we've created.
The people we've spent time with.
The lives we've impacted.
The courage we've built.
The lessons we've learned.
And perhaps that's just as important.
As I turn 36 today, I feel incredibly grateful.
Grateful for my family, whose unwavering love and support have always been my foundation.
Grateful for my fiancé, who has made this year one of the happiest chapters of my life.
Grateful for all of you, for trusting me to be part of your investing journey.
And grateful to the universe for blessing us with abundance, opportunities, good health, and the freedom to design the lives we truly want.
So here's to the rest of 2026.
May we continue to learn.
Continue to invest.
Continue to grow.
Continue to become better versions of ourselves—not because we're behind, but because we're capable of so much more.
Thank you for believing in me all these years.
And I hope you know this...
I believe in you too.
Happy birthday to everyone!

Arigato!
