I took off my pants

it's exactly what you think šŸ˜‰

Arigato, dear investor,

Today, I found myself in a place I didn’t plan to be —
And it led to one of the most freeing experiences I’ve had in a long time.

I accidentally took the wrong bus while exploring Whistler…
And ended up at a hidden gem called Green Lake.

The water was a stunning emerald green šŸ’š
Most people stayed at the viewpoint, admiring the peaceful lake from afar.

But I spotted a small path leading down to the shore.
A few other travellers and I followed it — and suddenly, I was standing right at the edge of this breathtaking lake.

The sun was hot.
The water looked crisp and inviting.
And in that moment, the lake was calling to me:
Jump in.

I wanted to. Badly.
But then… the noise in my head started:

ā€œYou can’t just jump in — you don’t even have swimwear!ā€

ā€œWhat if people stare at you? Judge you?ā€

ā€œThat’s so embarrassingā€¦ā€

I hesitated. I stood there, half-frozen — not by the water, but by the fear of what people might think.

But then I asked myself something simple:
ā€œI only live once… shouldn’t I do what makes me happy?ā€

As long as I’m not hurting anyone, don’t I have the right to follow my joy?

So…
I took off my shoes.
Then my jeans.
Then my hat.
And I jumped into the lake — wearing just my underwear.

🌊 It was cold.
šŸ’› It was freeing.
✨ It was amazing.

And here’s the craziest part:
No one cared.
No one even looked at me.
They were too busy enjoying their own lives to judge mine.

All the fear? All the shame?
It only existed in my head.

That’s the lesson I wanted to share today:

Most of the time, it’s not the world that’s stopping us.

It’s our own fear of being judged.

We hold ourselves back from doing what we love —
not because we aren’t allowed to,
but because we think we’ll be judged for it.

But life is short.
And the moments where you follow your heart, even when it feels scary —
That’s when the real freedom begins.

And funny enough, this applies to investing too.

So many people tell me they want to grow their wealth, create freedom, or finally learn how to make their money work for them…
But they don’t start.

Why?
Because they’re afraid.

Afraid of making mistakes.
Afraid of looking clueless.
Afraid of what others might think.

But just like my little lake story — when you take that first step,
You realise: most people aren’t judging you at all.
And some? They’ll actually cheer you on.

So don’t let fear or imagined judgment stop you.
