Remember a month ago when I did my SpaceX deep dive?
I told you guys:
"Don't buy $SPCX ( ▲ 1.22% ) ."
Well... since then, SpaceX has dropped about 10%. 🤷
The reason wasn't because I knew where the stock price would go.
It was because I simply couldn't justify its valuation.
Despite its explosive revenue growth, the company is still loss-making.
On top of that, it was trading at over 116× Price-to-Sales.
To me, that's what a bubble looks like.
But here's the mistake many investors make...
Just because one stock is in a bubble doesn't mean the entire market is.
In fact, after studying the latest market valuations, I don't believe the overall AI market is in a bubble today.
So what does that mean for investors?
Should you still be buying? Waiting? Or taking profits?
