I didn’t expect to cry...

I want to share something a little more personal today. 🥹 

A while ago, I made the decision to freeze my eggs at 35.
Not because I was ready to be a mum right away... but because I wanted to give myself the option in the future — without pressure, fear, or regret.

And while I thought I was mentally prepared for it… I didn’t expect to cry.

This wasn’t just a medical procedure.
It was emotional.
It was empowering.
It was scary at times.
And it made me reflect deeply on where I am in life, and where I want to be.

from hormone injections and cost breakdowns…
to the part no one talks about: the emotions behind it.
