How I Made 17% in 6 Months

Back in April this year, I told myself:
“Chloe, it’s time to diversify more into the Singapore market.”
I wanted something stable. Predictable. And honestly… something that didn’t make me check my phone 20 times a day.
That’s when I started looking seriously at SG REITs.
Prices were unusually low.
Yields were unusually attractive — over 5% for many solid names.
So I thought, why not?
Soon after, I bought XXX that looked undervalued… but what happened next really surprised me.
In about 6 months, the XXX I bought:
Went up over 12% in stock price, AND
Still gave me over 5% dividend yield (based on my purchase price)
That’s over 17% returns in just six months.
From something that most people think is “boring.”
That was the moment I realised…
SG REITs aren’t boring — we just need to understand when and how to enter them correctly.
The sad truth? Most people lose money on REITs…
So many Singapore investors LOVE REITs…
but many also got burned in recent years because they bought them at the high, without knowing:
