have you ever felt this?

Arigato, dear investor,

There was a period in my life where waking up for work felt… heavy.

Many years ago, when I was still working as a journalist, I remember constantly feeling emotionally drained going to work every single day.

On the outside, everything looked okay.

I had a stable career.
A respected job.
A clear path forward.

But deep inside, something didn’t feel right.

I kept asking myself:
“Is this really what I want to do for the rest of my life?”

It wasn’t that journalism was bad.

But I think a part of me felt like I wasn’t creating the kind of impact that truly excited me deep down.

I managed to interview our former Prime Minister Lee during my time as a journalist.

Then life unfolded unexpectedly.

I started learning about investing.

At first, it was simply because I wanted to understand how money works better and build a better future for myself.

But unknowingly, that one decision slowly changed the direction of my entire life.

As I learned more about investing, I became more passionate about sharing it with others.

And eventually…
I made a career pivot into becoming an investment coach and trainer.
Ever since then, my life has never felt the same again.

Because now, every single day, I wake up genuinely excited about what I do.

It doesn’t feel like “work.”

It feels meaningful.
It feels purposeful.
It feels like I’m doing something that truly aligns with who I am.

One of the happiest moments for me is seeing my students slowly gain confidence, become more peaceful with money, and build portfolios that genuinely support the kind of life they want to live. (You can check out my latest students’ results here 👈️ )

That feeling gives me so much fulfillment.

And the reason why I suddenly had this deep reflection again…

Was because yesterday, I visited millionaire investor Crystal again and we played a very powerful board game together about life purpose and personal development.

It sounds simple…

But throughout the game, I found myself reflecting so deeply about my own life journey.

What truly matters to me.
What gives me energy.
What kind of life I genuinely want to live.

And I realised something very important again:

Financial freedom is not just about having more money.

It’s about having the freedom to spend your life doing things that truly align with your purpose.

Because when your finances become more stable and peaceful…

You gain back your time.
Your energy.
Your choices.

And perhaps most importantly…

The freedom to live more intentionally.

So I’m really grateful for yesterday’s experience with Crystal because it reminded me once again why I do what I do today ❤️

And to all of you who have been supporting me throughout this journey — whether through watching my videos, reading my newsletters, attending my workshops, or simply sending me encouraging messages…

Arigato ☺️

I truly appreciate every one of you.
