One thing I love about this community is how curious all of you are.
Whenever I interview someone interesting, I can immediately tell whether the episode resonated with you based on the replies, comments, and questions that come in afterwards.
For those who haven't watched it yet, Ernee built a property portfolio with over S$45 million in asset value over the last 7 years. Together with his wife, he started from humble beginnings with their first HDB, before gradually growing their portfolio and helping many of their students generate 4-figure to even 5-figure monthly cash flow through property and co-living strategies.
What surprised me wasn't just the numbers.
It was how many of you reached out afterwards asking questions like:
"Is property investing still worth it in Singapore?"
"How does co-living actually make money?"
"Can ordinary Singaporeans still generate cash flow from property today?"
And honestly... I have many of the same questions too.
As most of you know, my personal wealth-building journey has largely been through ETFs and options investing. I've always looked at Singapore property as something that's expensive, capital-intensive, and not necessarily easy to generate meaningful cash flow from.
So while interviewing Ernee, I found myself learning alongside all of you.
