A few days ago, I caught up with one of my youngest investing students, Wen Yang.

And he told me something that genuinely made me so happy:

At just 26 years old, he has already built a 6-figure investment portfolio. 🤯📈

But what made this extra meaningful was how his investing journey actually started when he was only 21...

About 5 years ago, I started a little “Youth Investor Club” for my younger sister.

At that time, I was already investing myself, and I kept thinking:

If only I had learned all of this when I was younger.

So I really wanted my sister to start learning about money and investing as early as possible.

But I knew that asking a young person to sit down and learn about stocks and ETFs alone probably wasn’t the most exciting way to spend a Saturday. 😂

So I told her:

“Why don’t you invite some of your friends over and we can learn together?”

And that was how our little investing club started.

Once a month, on a Saturday, a small group of them would gather at my house.

We didn’t have a fancy classroom.

We literally squeezed into my sister’s room, and I would conduct investing lessons for them. 😂

We talked about how investing works, how to grow your money, and why starting young gives you such a huge advantage.

And Wen Yang was one of those students.

At that time, I honestly had no idea how much those little Saturday lessons would impact them.

Fast forward 5 years...

Wen Yang is now 26.

When we met recently, he told me that he has already built a 6-figure investment portfolio.

And he thanked me for teaching him investing all those years ago because that was what motivated him to start taking control of his finances and growing his wealth early.

Hearing that made me incredibly happy. 🥹❤️

Because it reminded me of something very important:
